Information we collect
When you voluntarily use a contact or prayer-request form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, message, prayer request, and privacy preference you submit. Authorized church administrators may sign in to review these submissions.
How we use information
We use submitted information only to respond, provide pastoral or ministry support, administer church communications, and operate GWC CHURCH. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
mygwcc assistant
Messages entered into mygwcc are used to generate a response. Chat messages are not saved in the church database. When generative AI is enabled, the message may be securely processed by our AI service provider to produce an answer. Do not enter highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or emergency information.
Prayer-request privacy
A prayer request marked private is intended for authorized church leaders. Internet services cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact a church leader directly for especially sensitive pastoral matters.
Retention and deletion
Church administrators retain form submissions only as long as reasonably needed for ministry and administrative purposes. Contact the church to request access, correction, or deletion.
Children
GWC CHURCH is intended for a general church audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement.
